Terms of Service

Castle analyzes short-form video and predicts how it is likely to perform, using research-backed scoring factors and simulated audience panels. Scores, retention curves, and recommendations are estimates produced by statistical and AI systems. They are decision support, not a guarantee: we do not promise views, engagement, or ad performance.

Castle is operated by Yantrava Labs (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

You need an account to analyze videos. Free and paid plans differ in the amount of video you can analyze each month (measured in minutes and hours) and in per-video length limits; current limits are listed on the pricing page. Monthly allowances reset each calendar month and unused time does not roll over. Failed analyses do not consume your allowance.

Paid subscriptions are billed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, monthly or yearly. You can cancel any time from your account page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Only submit videos you have the right to analyze: your own content, content you manage for a client, or publicly available content used for research and benchmarking.

Do not submit unlawful content, malware, or content involving minors in any inappropriate context.

Do not attempt to overwhelm, reverse engineer, resell, or scrape the service, or to evade plan limits with multiple accounts.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules; where practical we will warn you first.

You keep all rights to videos you submit. You grant us only the limited license needed to process them: fetching, frame extraction, scoring, and storing the resulting analysis for you. Raw video files are not retained after processing.

Features marked Beta (such as Meta campaign launch and AI content generation) are provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn, and may require managed onboarding with our team.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost ad spend.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify signed-in users by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
