Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any moment from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We never charge cancellation fees.

Monthly plans: if Castle is not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund, no questions asked.

Yearly plans: the same, with a 14-day window from the first charge.

The window applies to your first purchase of a plan. Renewal charges are not refundable once the new period has started, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

Email support@yantrava.com from your account email with the subject “Refund”. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

If you were charged in error, double charged, or charged after cancelling, tell us and we will refund the incorrect charge in full regardless of any window.
